Re: New sound: Delicious Grace

Hello everybody. It's been a while. We've got a new song out called ''Desperate''. We tried to give an 80's feel to it, acoustic ballad type of thing. Anyway, hope you guys enjoy it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mTVddHWI1pw I really enjoyed the opening lyrics “You don’t want a Taco Bell.” Aside ...

Re: Now Watching...

I saw the last 5 episodes of series 2 of Mindhunter and I quite enjoyed it. But I’m just here to say that I find Stacey Roca exquisite. She’s Tench’s wife, and her face looked oddly familiar when I first saw her. Then, it clicked: I’d seen her (and drooled at her) in series 2 of The Office (UK.) She...

It was great. We did get a national alert for Dorian, but it changed course and just went north instead of hitting Punta Cana.

Re: El Ritual de Jane's Addiction in Chile - Book release event

If there’s something I’m *not* is hairless... except on the top of my head, of course. But anyway, and more seriously, I’d gladly do the translation into English and hire one of you as reviewer... but I honestly couldn’t do it for free. Working and studying at the same time in a god-level capitalist...

I’d love to be there, but I’ve got a class that day that I can’t skip. I hope you enjoy it!

I’ve only recently fell in love with Pink Floyd’s Animals. Unbelievable.

Let’s also not forget that Etty cheated on Perry. Could be that that plays into this as well.

Re: 74 School Shootings in 18 Months

I read something that struck a chord with me, even if it’s just a effectist phrase: Sandy Hook was a key moment in US history, when American society accepted by default that dozens of dead children is still a fair price to pay for ‘gun freedom.’

My guess is that nobody dares verbalise to Perry that he’s 98% doolali.

Re: Perry on the Tonight Show

The Emmy for Best Coreography Performed Live is a no-contest at this point. Did you notice the very clever and subtle detail that when the lyrics of the song said “peace”, Etty and her disciples made the peace sign with their hands? It’s also a throwback to when Etty was a little girl living in a li...

Interesting... although I couldn’t find where they’ll be playing nor which ticket company will sell tickets for this, which is a bit odd.

other than that stuff he seemed pretty normal.
Apart from the fact he looked as if he was about to turn into a bat and fly off to Romania.

We’re watching Evangelion (my wife had already seen it, but I hadn’t yet.) About 10 episodes in, I think it’s fantastic.

Re: Perry on the Tonight Show

So Perry learned *from a cousin* that she was his cousin. ? I just thought it was odd that Perry said “we went from Detroit—“ and then has a weird look on his face and backtracks: “... she was from Detroit and came to Los Angeles.” Maybe Perry is misremembering something; maybe it’s his fried-up bra...

Re: Movies or "the breakdown of jasper"

I’m not sure it’s aged well, though. It was breathtaking when it came out, but since then Bandit has probably seen all the movie’s new tropes being played out elsewhere, as well as dozens of satirical takes on the movie. From that list, I’d go with Forest Gump or the Matrix. Forest Gump has its mome...
