Is there talk of any tour? :noclue:
Considering how big demand has been for the LA shows, I Seriously doubt they aren’t going to capitalize on the interest and at least play major cities in the US and Europe in early 2020 if not a few shows across the US between the Nov and Dec Hollywood dates.

Re: Bauhaus

Oboy, now they're adding a 3rd Palladium show for Dec 1, going on sale Saturday 9/21 @ 10am.

I can't believe they are going to sit idle for a full month between the 2 Nov shows and now at least one Dec show all in Hollywood.

Re: Democratic Presidential Campaign 2020

Pretty much anyone I have talked to who aren’t Trump supporters really don’t care who the Democrat nominee will be, they’ll vote for him or her just to vote against Trump. Which is kind of a dangerous thing as that is exactly the same mindset a lot of voters had regarding Hillary Clinton and look wh...

Re: Bauhaus

As expected, demand was huge and it was impossible to get a floor GA. They added a second show for Monday and that's sold out as well. Might be doing Stubhub.

Buh-bye John Bolton.
One shitcanning I have no problem with. Bolton was a warmonger, given time he probably would have gotten us into war with Switzerland.

Re: Bauhaus

Very likely a reunion happening in 2019. How did you know this was going to happen? Do you know if there will be more dates? Hope they hit Philly. My guess is the Hollywood show is a showcase gig to generate and gage interest in a 2020 tour. There were rumors they would get back together again sinc...

Re: Killing Joke

Wj2-2c_EzxQ They just released a live LP/CD/DVD of a show from late 2003 at the Astoria in London that is really excellent. It's from the tour plugging the 2003 self titled reunion/comeback album and is top heavy with songs from that album and is probably my new favorite live release from the band ...

DiNero's done some awful movies. I think he saw Nicolas Cage's career arc and thought he could one-up him.

Re: Now Watching...

i thought the story line about the adopted sons involvement in that murder was unnecessary and boring and his wife was super annoying. Yes, exactly what i think too. The other storyline was Dr Wendy Carr and her coming out and love interest. It bugged me also that she was relegated to analysis only...

go6AW7sPW84 So this movie "Fanatic" is written, directed, produced, etc by Fred Durst(!) and stars John Travolta doing what appears to be the Simple Jack character from Tropic Thunder as an obsessed fan of some actor. On it's opening weekend, the movie grossed something like $3,500.00 nationwide an...

Re: Movies or "the breakdown of jasper"

I watched Brightburn on Blu-ray last night. I went in to this movie totally blind to the premise and overall liked it but with the caveat it's not a great movie. The plot is basically a dark mirror telling of the origin of a Superman-like baby who crashes to earth in a small spacecraft on a Kansas f...

got through Mindhunter S2 in a couple days. I thought it was much better than S1. It focuses mostly on the Atlanta child murders. I blew it watching it so fast. At least I still have Succession which just started up last week. I started on Mindhunter last night. Agree that it's a notch up from the ...

Just remove the carpeting and leave the tack strips. Once you’ve stepped on it barefooted four or five times you’ll remember to step over them; it’ll practically become muscle memory. Source: I’ve removed the carpeting in several of my rooms and have not yet removed the tack strips. Even my dog and...

What is that Prince CD, and what store beckons from far away Burbank? That Prince cd is called "Originals" and came out a month or two ago. It's a compilation of 15 mostly unreleased original versions of songs he did for other artists like Nothing Compares 2 U, Manic Monday and The Glamorous Life. ...

So gazillionare pedo trafficer Jeffrey Epstein committed suicide today... Just started watching "The Boys" on Amazon Prime last night. For those unfamiliar, the concept is kind of like an even darker take of The Watchmen (movie) that focuses on the corporate aspect of franchising superheroes (think Disney -> Marvel Avengers) and the public's deification of them. Big fan o...

Anyway, if wasn't for Lolla money, this would be the future situation for PerryEtty: busking on some street corner playing some shitty country version of Mountain Song.
Been there, done that.
