I've seen Wilco about 15 times. Flawless live. It's almost sick how it sounds like CD. Jeff Tweedy is the new Neil Young. These Brooklyn shows got my love for them going again. I hadn't seen them in a few years.

Who cares. I doubt they will make another record. After this tour Im sure theyll continue just mailing it in at some festival shows here and there. Butthole Surfers and JAnes would be a killer tour. Please stop trying to put together super groups. Jane's members without eachother suck. Dave NEEDS Perry and vice versa. Otherwise it's just camp freddy and no one cares.

Unless a band sells millions of units, NO ONE makes money off record sales. Touring and merchandise is the only way bands make money now.

I saw Pearl Jam and the Pumpkins open up for the Chilis in November of '91. Pearl Jam were making a name for themselves. When that STP song plush came out Weiland TOTALLY stole from Eddy Vedder.

Actually they ALWAYS warm up playing Whores and Shower. At least that's when Perry is in the room singing. They probably do panic stuff before.

I'd love to hear some acoustic and hard charger like songs. But it's quite simple. Jane's has a draw. P4P doesn't. Janes is selling out 2,000 seat theaters. I think p4p would be back to a satellite party 600 people per city now.
