Perry's going to get the bass player from Faith No More to re-record Eric's bass parts on xxx, NS, and RDLH.

Not the best performance, but Perry's still got it. The dude was spot on at Irving Plaza last week.

lush brings back memories, the only band i got to see at lolla 92 before a storm cancelled the rest of the show at jone's beach.

They went on at 10:30 last night. I got there at 9 and I saw 1 opener, who were aweful. The dude looked like 80's Jovi and had the most annoying voice I think I've ever heard over mid tempo boring pop. I thought Jane's sounded great last night and the energy was awesome. Have fun!

At least we got Thank You Boys for 30 seconds and above average Perry banter. I also thought Perry sounded great, he seemed to do a lot less whisper, lounge singing and delivered with more balls. Although I like it, and the general opinions on this board have been positive, it's still tainted by Sitek's involvement. It's really hard to tell from these 20 second clips, but it does seem a tad dreary. I'm still excited to hear the actual finished product. I just hope I'll be excited to hear it again and not let it collect dust with Stays and SP.
