That's why I'm pro legalization or decriminalization of drug use. Let the cartels here and there kill each other. The fuck I care.

I liked it. Would I watch it again? nope. It's a sad topic for me. But for me it was more than the mental illness thing.

Having a 70's flashback :conf: Take care, Larry! Hope you and your wife's family and friends are safe. Dunno if anyone heard about the shoot out that happened in Culiacán last week. Narcs brought out the big guns to recover one of Chapo Guzmán's sons. Military had to set him free because things got ...

Dunno if you have any respiratory illnesses (I have asthma), I read that if you are a smoker or have a respiratory illness, you should get a pneumococcal vaccine shot too. I didn't get one last year, but hope to get it this year.

Re: What's annoying you today?
I was fine all day yesterday then woke up with a sore throat, headache, aches, chills. #congested #firstcoldoftheseason. This year I'm thinking to get a flu shot, never had one before. In weighing the evidence and its limitations, the best approach is to follow the recommendations of the C.D.C.: “B...

Wonder if I will ever meet him?

I just finished Netflix's Unbelievable. It was not what I expected; I'm glad I decided to give it a go. I got sucked right in. Strong acting and writing. The actress Kaitlyn Dever is phenomenal. There are eight episodes, 45-60 minutes each. https://imgs.capitalfm.com/images/76633?crop=16_9&width=66...

Me too
It can't be worse than this one. I saw this one in a movie theater. Unbelievably awful. Both De Niro and Travolta did it just for the money.

So weird, I watched this yesterday as well. It was fairly scarey...it revealed the most* recent transformative consequenses, that are by now close to obsolete. I couldn't help ut think think that combined with AI, the multiple and unforseen consequenses will be harsh as we march "forward". I though...

Scf8nIJCvs4 I was disappointed in it. It was OK but somewhat boring. I know you are supposed to love every movie he does but I just didn't love it. Lots of boring old movie re-creations and boring dialog. Brad Pitt's character was far more interesting than Leo's. Go get popcorn when Leo is in a sce...

Watched this doc yesterday...very interesting. But I really don't think anyone involved feels accountable. I'm glad they helped in the end, but it felt like they did because they were caught.

I've been watching "Absentia" while I'm still here (I have Amazon Prime Video back home, but for some reason, I can't watch it even if it's an original series )
My forever crush is in it (very small role, Dr. Vega)

Ok, maybe I'm getting rather dull with age, but I've seen worse shows. The Andrew Scott episode was ok, the first one, well, I like Black Hawke or whatever his name is from the Avengers

Re: Worst Jane's-related project [poll]
Panic Channel was just goofy to me mainly because the fans they attracted were borderline cult like towards all things Dave. Reading on the old Panic Channel board how one their fans was afraid of going to the "big city" to see a show without packing her gun was hilarious. Oh and the chalk art they...

I wasted like 2 hours and gave up. The idea was interesting but as much as I tried to use all the options, I got tired. Don’t worry, you missed nothing other than wasting your time. It was very poor, and a massive decline in what was an excellent show. Boooooooo... Haven't watched the new season. I...

I watched this past weekend "When They See Us". Finally a true story that actually ends (sort of) well. Actors young and old are incredible (my favorite was the actor who plays both young and old versions of one of the characters). u3F9n_smGWY Dunno if I've already wrote this recently, but I really ...

Overall, I enjoyed the interview but didn't gain a better understanding of what the Kind Heaven immersive experience is all about. So, during a performance there might be a juggler to entertain you while in the bar line up?? Other than trying to sound like a snob, Etty was okay in this i...
