Makes sense as carpaccio is a mollusc.
don't be cheeky
it's raw meat pounded thin. (or I've seen Salmon & Tuna Carpaccio)
ick
I'll pass.
Just a bit of fun......and to be clear, it's sliced thin, not pounded.....the tenderloin is traditional.......drizzled with EVO, and black pepper.....DEELISH!
I could eat 2 pounds of carpaccio for breakfast. And 3 for lunch. I fucking love it. black pepper, lemon, capers... just a tad of cheese... hmmmmm
hold the cheese but add arugula.
That's it. Tomorrow I'm having carpaccio for lunch.

my birthday last year:
-40 people in my buddy's back yard.
-a keg of something cheap
-a collection of different craft beers
-my chef friend making a variety of different carpaccios and tartares, ranging from various fish to different game meats. buffalo, venison, elk...
one of my favorite birthdays ever.

please take a Xiola.org sign with you. your daughter will then have a funny story to tell her kids, about that one time when their grandpa took her to see a concert and made the lead singer burst into tears and leave the stage. That, or you´ll have to end up explaining her what a forehead is

i´m also thinking, now that they´re encouraging members of the audience to take part of the show as performance artists and such, maybe you could make an offering. to make a theatric representation of the whole drama onstage or something. He´d be himself. You´d be you. Chaney could play eric. Etty could dress up as casey...
well isn´t that art imitating life imitating art imitating life...

I think you've somehow managed to accomplish both, thus doing the impossible.

He had a good idea if for no other reason than to mock Perry
