K-BILLY's "super sounds of the seventies" weekend
Just keeps on coming with this little ditty.
They reached up to twenty one in may of nineteen seventy.
The George Baker Selection: Little Green Bag.

Same here. "Zooropa" sounds..... a little different, like a few songs have been tweaked just a tiny bit.Larry B. wrote:cursed male wrote:

Yeah, I love that album as well although their debut is better. I saw them play the tiny El Rey Theater in Hollywood in March '06 just after TSD was released and it was a fantastic show. They had their stage set up in a gazebo-like "in the round" configuration in the middle of this movie theater sized venue that held maybe 800 people tops. Really a shame that they fizzled out after their original guitarist left and the 3rd album didn't go anywhere.hokahey wrote:

Yeah their debut is great too, but I've been listening to this in a mix, constant rotation with TGEA. It's odd how the two albums compliment each other. Like if you combined them you'd have a real Jane's album.
I've yet to listen to their third album. I'm almost nervous. I love the first two so much. It's also sort of like anticipating something potentially delicious. You don't demand it to your table immediately and scarf it down.
I'm really weird with music.
