I saw the thing they did with Tupac...it looked horrible...they made him look like one of those characters from Grand Theft Auto...the Gorillaz is one thing, but damn...

I think criticizing the quality of the depiction is a moot point.

No original lineup of The Who or AC/DC w/Bon Scott is a no-show for me, lol!

And shouldn't Dick Clark be MC'ing this thing?

Since there are no separators in that line, I'm assuming Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin and Lynyrd Skynyrd joined forces for one, very special act.

you don't count The Big Picture just because he was murdered before it was released? ^

I don't count it because it was pieced together from acapella from other tracks he did...he never rhymed over a lot those tracks and the producers put music behind it, etc...Biggie was killed before his second album was released as well, the difference being that it was completed well before he was killed...posthumous releases aren't necessarily what they artist themselves might have put out you know?

oh yeah I realized thats what you were getting at, but he was working on that cd for years and the thing was pretty much finished...
I even think I remember a release date being set while he was still alive. I know he wasnt around to put the finishing touches on it but i'll always count that one as a proper Big L studio album...

Seriously, though.. how long till hologram concerts are commonplace?
At this point, I'd be more excited to buy a ticket to see hologram "Circa 1987 Jane's" play over the real thing.
