Now Playing...
Re: Now Playing...
they're so great. Larry LaLonde is possbily the most underrated guitar player of all time, he's brillant. So original and what he plays always fits perfectly

The newest Primus video, for those who haven't seen it:
And the vid for Tragedy's a Comin' as well:
I like how Primus always makes me feel like I'm in middle school again. One of the best times of my life. These videos remind me of MTV's Liquid Television.

What a voice... what a song...
Re: Now Playing...
Please take a moment to sit back with whatever vices you have and listen to this truly classic and musicologically important selection.
Re: Now Playing...
This version allowed me to get through this song without crying my balls out for the very first time in my life. I'm 28 fucking years old.
I love Brian Wilson. I officially love him.

Some fine music! I have only recently discovered GG Allin and I have not been able to believe my eyes from what I've seen on youtube
Re: Now Playing...
I have a hard time determining whether there's anything of any artistic merit at all in any of that. The music is a mediocre version of something fairly common even at the time. It just looks like a bunch of idiots paid money to enable a severely mentally disturbed individual to live out his ideations publicly... There's something not quite right about that... like paying to see members of the Jersey Shore cast or something.pandarve666 wrote:Some fine music! Re: Now Playing...
I partly agree. The music is not the main issue here, most of it really sucks (even though Bite it you scum starts to sound good if you listen to it enough), it's all about the character GG. That man really is insane in a very sick way. I've never seen anything like it and I just find it really hilarious to watch. Too bad he's dead, I'd love to go to a gig!
