I saw Failure tonight

Oh man, they is a damn good band.

My ears are ringing. My ears never ring anymore. Somehow they manage to be both heavy and trippy at the same damn time.

Totally perfect from start to finish. They don't have my shows left on this tour cycle, but go see them if you can. Best show i have seen since Sigur Ros, or since last month when I went to Cinquanta.

i've passed on seeing them twice in their reunion ( saw them way back when opening for someone)...was never huge into them, they are alright...loved autolux that they spawned...and i am looking forward to new music that i may like more

I've never seen Failure just Autolux, would love to go. A good friend of mine went out from Virginia Beach to LA for Maynard's Cinquanta in May with APC, Puscifer and Failure and he said it was incredible, he went both nights at the Greek. His (Skype) drum teacher is Jeff Friedl so he was invited backstage, hooked up for Night 2 and went to Jeff's house (purportedly for a drum lesson but they never played just got bombed on wine) and had such a good time, I think he's still on a high. He said Failure was really good.

I was at Cinquanta too. One of the top 5 shows I've ever seen.
