I'm so out of touch musically that the only bands that I have heard of that are on the webcast are Post Malone and Sir Sly. No reason to watch for me. :bored:

Priming up for tomorrow night's concert...

Ooooh that smell
Can't you smell that smell
Ooooh that smell

ZZ Top, 38 Special & Blackfoot also on the bill. Gonna be a big red neck night out y'all!

I put a lighter in my handbag already so it's ready to go for Free Bird.

ZZ Tops been around forever. I dare one of you to try and name a band who has been around as along as them with their original members.

U2 is getting up there. I can't think of any other band who never once changed their line-up since 1990

Problem is, ZZ Top has been playing the same set for the past 25 years.

Bushwick Bill was a tough dude. The beginning of this song is pretty funny though.

Just saw this. Billy G played at the El Rey last night or a couple of nights ago with the Royal Machines or CF lineup. I was nebver much into these bands, but lately I have been watching Freebird live in Oakland circa 77 at the gym while on the elliptical. I love the song and have always particularly loved it live. This version is insane....and the crowd reaction to the extended allegro outro is nuts, which I really respond to. The problem is they have at least a couple of HUGE confederate flags on stage and it bugs me, and as I ignore it, I live in a really diverse area. It's a really bad look if anyone were to see it. :balls:

Do you guys remember back when Eddie Van Halen was on Letterman? I wish there was a list somewhere of all musical guests who appeared on late night talk shows

The Pixies really hit it out of the park when they did Letterman. I think Dave's holding the cd backwards though.
