New Chris Cornell song "The Keeper"

This is the best song he's released in a long time, I'm just blown away. The guy sounded kind of crappy and had mediocre lyrics at best on his last few albums, so great to see him back to making great music.

I like it but I'm biased cause I'm a huge fan. Just saw him solo acoustic and Soundgarden recently and he's still sounding great.

I like it. Huge improvement on Scream, and his voice sounds the best it has since the first Audioslave record. Thumbs up.

When I saw him solo a couple months back he did a couple of songs from Scream and they sounded really good. The problem with that record is the production and not the songs.

I like it. To me, it kinda harkens back to the Audioslave tune "Doesn't Remind Me" which is probably one of my favorite tunes he's sung on.

It's pretty damn good.

Best thing he's done since:

One of my favorite songs of all time.

When I first hear Seasons I was blown away. That and State of Love and Trust are my favorite tracks on that record.

Such an amazing soundtrack. Both PJ songs, Mother Love Bone - Chloe Dancer, Smashing Pumpkins - Drown, Alice in Chains - Would, Soundgarden - Birth Ritual...

So true. I remember going to see the movie with my gf at the time and she was not at all into this music or scene and hated it. She really wasn't into any music or arts and absolutely hated Jane's as well.

I broke up with her not long after. :hehe:

You know, I just remember that although it wasn't on the soundtrack, Three Days was in the movie. Also, it was hearing Three Days in the movie that made me want to find out who the artist was. I was 14 at the time and thought it was Zeppelin maybe. A year later I was dating a girl and asked her if she knew who it was and she said it was Jane's or Porno. Soon after...

Forgot about that. In the scene where a Citizen Dick poster is being put up on a telephone pole the background score is main riff from Spoonman played on acoustic. Watching the movie years after Superknown came out I heard it.

Yeah I realized it when Superunknown came out. Glad to know someone else obsessed over that movie as much as I did.
