Post if you know great bands from the classic rock period or even contemporary ones, which are unknown to the western world due to the language barrier (sort of). This is especially true of Polish music that I know the most of, but man... there are some great bulgarian bands or bands from any european country really that never could get the popularity they deserved even when weaker presentations from England or Wales became big due to the English language influence and the natural route of many british bands to go to the US and have a try at its huge internal market (if you get even 1% of the USAs population that is 3million people, when in Estonia that would be 30 thousand people). There are probably many other factors as even french speaking music is a lot less popular (even though far more than other european music)...
