Darcy hasn't played bass in years. Just started picking it up again recently (or that is what was said a year ago when they all started talking again.

I would imagine he's probably giving her some time to get comfortable with it again.

Plus James is touring with A Perfect Circle right now.

I doubt anything Pumpkins will happen till 2018. Which makes sense since they formed in 1988. 30 year anniversary tour.
