I've actually listened to the Jane's records too, but that's because it's "Janes." I have to. While I don't care much for either bands output in their post peak periods, at least RHCP release music you're not embarrassed to be listening to.

Really? The last I have seen them, they added a percussionist and keyboard only. :noclue:

Lol, ok. That clip is from the IWF film that played just one night....a real rehearsal for the new band/tour. I took my son....that part was kind of funny.

I'm not a fan of that clap sound and Anthony sounds a bit like Boy George/Simon Le Bon to me.

It's not horrible imo, but not something that will get me back to listening to them.

I didn't like Kiedis vocals either. He was boring and I understand now when I've read (not only here, somewhere else too) that he only sounds decent when rapping or shouting.

I think he's over drugs primarily because he now has a son to take care of. This quote indicates something else too
Kiedis was transported by ambulance from the venue, suffering from extreme stomach pain, Billboard reported, citing a KROQ spokesperson. His condition was not immediately known.
