This is footage from French TV show Tous En Scene of Led Zeppelin performing at the Theatre Olympia in Paris on June 19, 1969.
Footage from this telecast has been available on Youtube in mostly low quality uploads for awhile now, but this clip is exceptionally nice. There’s a bit of rehearsal footage at the end.

This footage has been available to the public in pristine condition as part of the "Led Zeppelin" double DVD set for nearly 10 years.

When isn't he sloppy live? That's one of the things I love about Jimmy Page. His live playing on electric is sloppy but his live playing on acoustic is spot on and precise. I think that's part of his charm as a player.

Yeah, I know
But the solo on communication breakdown studio version is one of my favourite Page solos. So when he's off like that, it kinda hurts my ears.
