Your fave Christmas songs?

If you don't celebrate Chrsitmas, your fave holiday song..

One of my fave Christmas songs is the Little Drummer Boy with David Bowie and Bing Crosby.
Here is a rendition of the song done by a 16 year old Winnipeg kid. It's really quite good. He played all the instruments, sang the vocals, recorded everything and directed and edited the video. It's been getting a lot of hits on youtube since it was posted a couple of days ago.

That last one sometimes makes me cry. Such a sweet rendition... and there's something in that melody that's just awfully sad for me.

I have a lot of favorites. Tons and tons. Mostly ancient jazz, classical, adult swing from the 30s-60s, some country or folkish things, and even some Jamaican stuff.

This is a winter song. I count those too.

I'm not a fan of traditional Christmas music. Too many years playing in the school band to endure another version of Sleigh Ride or Jingle Bells.

I love this one. I am a big fan of Otis. To me Otis and Sam Cooke were the best soul singers ever.
