If they release whole shows from the Relapse tour or 1.0 I will but I do not want to see this.

hopefully this is their last release of live new stuff from janes. they can then cash in on the classic janes material we want. perry can go on to porno and hopefully that band will capture a hippyish vibe that will suit him aging. no more live rock and roll shows though...

Yeah, bad luck that an eager production company happened to tape an off-night. Live Voodoo all over again. I bet they had planned to squeeze all they could out of the rights they paid for before the show even started. Oh well. Hopefully its dismal sales won't disuade WB/Rhino/whoever from cracking out a good 1.0/Relapse show from the vaults one of these days.

I doubt I'll ever buy it and I'm the kind of dumb completest who'll buy most everything no matter how redundant for bands that are even down pretty far on my favs list. Too similar to the Voodoo gig and they didn't even bother to capitalize on the 3D aspect for this one. Add to that it's already been shown in HD on Palladia or whatever I recorded it from when it was broadcast regularly a while back. Bad marketing on someone's part.

Not buying this, which is a first for me regarding any Jane's release.

Zero interest. I haven't even watched all of the 1.0 bootlegs out there, so I don't know what would possess me to spend any time (let alone money) on this.

not a chance. i'm pretty much a completist too and i was there and had a fun time but this has been around for free forever. it had its moments but it was pretty typical for a free promo show. took forever go get going. had little crowd/band vibe. for want of a better word, it was a very sober show. here's how dead it was in there. i was about five or six rows of people from the stage. it wasn't crowded. i went to get a drink at the beginning of three days because i knew i could get back to precisely where i was, with not a bit of crowd resistance. was back before the guitar solo, carrying a couple of beers. the point is that its not an unlucky prod company catching them on a bad night. what reasonable expectation was there that it would be a good show, with a half empty room of people who got in for free and big glowing ads for a cell phone all over the room?
no, this is just lame. i'm not quite bman [okay i'm not at all bman] but i am from the camp that feels that they're a good solid entertaining band most every night. if they want to put out a show that showcases them on TGEA tour, why not film it when the production was up and running in a cool venue with a good vibe?

ocean size was huge that night though.

I have ZERO interest in this. I didn't even know they were planning this release. I don't care about the setlist, the venue, the date or the costume Perry was wearing that night.

Even if it was a "pay what you want" deal and I could download it for $0, I wouldn't.

Having said that, the results of this poll really surprised me.

i am gonna have to check this out one way or another .. I am enjoying the led zep celebration day too much and they are all old geezers .. if this is good quality and the performance does not suck it will be fun to have as a souvenir of their post kettle career .. i usually collect live shows but have deleted everything post jubilee tour since they piss me off too much to even look modern janes in my collection ... not gonna pay for it unless it really blows my mind .. and i doubt it will .. but its gotta be better than the audience recordings from that tour

 They should have released that show on dvd as well, as opposed to the awful Voodoo Festival performance.

I went to all the NYC are shows over the last few years and that LG show was a weak show. Especially after they Killed at the Vibes show two days earlier, I was very disappointed in this show. I'm skipping this one probably.

Ouch. Two people planning to buy this and 19 who don't care at all. I hope the Farrell clan is still reading this site; the fans have spoken.

I was at this show and it wasn't very good, not awful but not great either. No need to relive. Not the worst JA show I've been to, that was Montclair.

This was on palladia recently. Not too good, like everyone else I wish it was a DVD of classic Jane's.

Remember when he played that on The Muppet Show? I sure don't, because I'm only...22.

Anyway, holy shit, this poll. They shoulda filmed Vibes, and yeah, that Australia show was good, if we're talking about the pro-shot in the little indoor place. They probably don't own the rights, but that's the kind of show you'd want to release.
