Did not hate it, won't by it. I agree with the statement that if you tossed the vocals I would never figure out who it is. Though the solo is slightly Dave-esque, I did like that part.

I listened to the end and it went to some interview with Dave really bashing Avery. Never heard that before. I don't think I have heard Dave talk shit about anyone before. Not that I have been paying a ton of attention.

Perry and Dave are just bitter because without Eric, a TON of people won't show up to see them (diminishing returns) and without his assistance as a writer, you get "Another Soulmate" and the like.

Nine Inch Nails - Pretty Hate Machine (Released: October 28, 1989)

Jane's Addiction breakup: September 26, 1991

 :hehe:  :eyes:

Not to mention the STILL ACTIVE Jane's Addiction invited NIN to play on the first Lolapolooza festival. You know...while Jane's was still together?

I just listened for the first time. I'm high as shit and that was so terrible. Its not even sad at this point, it's hilarious I want to see how far off the tracks Perry can drive this train. I can't wait until they're headlining the grand opening of a grocery store in the valley and Perry is rocking shit so shiny that Michael Jackson would have told him to turn down the shine.

So it's pretty clear that Satellite Party and Jane's Addiction are the same band as far as Perry is concerned.

Jane's Party I think I shall call it. Because that's all it is, Perry writing cock rock party music for jocks.

It's a shame Dave's riffs are being wasted like this.

Scott Weiland needs to get his ass sober and form a band with Dave/Perk/Chaney.

My guess is you'll see a Kickstarter thing for a new JA album in the near future.

I wasn't expecting much and now it's more like a car wreck that I can't look away from. This is no worse than Broken People or Ultimate Reason which suck also.
