Announced via Dark Matter tonight.
Dave says some of the guys from CF are starting a new band that will do the same thing. Still picking a name. To be announced very soon.

i don't understand how a band like that could break up. they hardly play, don't record albums and just show up and play cover songs with different people every show. it's probably chris chaney's fault.

That's what I was thinking. How does a cover band break up? Did someone sleep with someone's wife?

Camp Freddy was fun (before it became predicable and started getting "b" list rockstars as guests)

Yes Dave is in the new band. And there are other famous musicians as well that they will announce soon.
I'll bet Sorum was the issue. That guy is apparently a dick.

Navarro is a great at covers. 2014 will be awesome between Kind Heaven and Royal Machines, and the occasional Perkins drum off! Maybe Avery can release an internet song to his 12 followers too!

Maybe Perk joined and Chaney is still there.
That way they can still all make money while Petty is Kind Heavening dance clubs all over the west coast of nowhere.
