After looking at it more I think the layers to it we all talked about make it cooler I mean at first glance it looks stupid. I think basically he's trying to get back in touch with that other Perry. This artwork is a million times better than any album that they have all put out since GGU. Not that is saying a lot but it's something.

Kinda looks like a 2011 update to NS and Ritual. I think it works. Like others said, very 90's looking and very Primus-like, which is a good thing. I like that there is so much to look at and that we haven't figured out the meaning to it all yet. The only thing I wish was different was for Perry's face to be thinner to match the rest of his body. That would have made it look more like him.

I love how quick some people are on here to jump all over it:

A) The lack of an apostrophe in "Jane's" (XXX cover was the same)
B) Being too embarrassed to purchase the physical album at a store like Best Buy because the cover is too weird and makes them feel uneasy (Didn't NS and Ritual?!)
C) It's too cartoonish (Do you not remember the first P4P cover?? Why is that one okay? If that P4P album cover came out in 2011 would it be heavily ridiculed on here?)

Saying it is cartoonish I guess ain't bad, but someone saying the name of the band has changed because of the lack of an apostrophe is absurd in my book
Same goes for someone not having the balls to purchase the album because they would feel embarrassed.

And yeah Hokey, I've always been fine with the first P4P cover too. It's like a different band, so I didn't need it to look like NS or Ritual art-wise.

I hated the cover for the first Porno album when it came out; it's grown on me, marginally. I LOVED the cover of "Good Gods Urge".
