Does anybody know if Ritual is going to get a vinyl release on it's own? I really don't want to buy this box to get a copy, or pay the high prices for an original since this was recorded on digital tape. I can't find a copy of the first P4P record anywhere either under 50 dollars. Why don't they just press these for everyone to buy?

Because only about 15 people want them.

No shit it was released in 1991 but you can't find an affordable copy anywhere. They are a little less pricey in Europe but shipping makes it not worth it. Look for yourself, same for P4P

How does the 2013 P4P RSD reissue sound compared to the original? Does anyone know the source of the S/T record 93 pressing? Was the record recorded analog or digital like Ritual?
Anybody have copies of Ritual or the first Porno for Pyros record who wants to sell them

Like I know what the fuck you know...I still see Rit having sold in the 30 buck range on eBay recently...Try harder?

I mean why wouldn't I know that it was released on vinyl in 1990 when the record came out? Just seems like common sense but I haven't seen a decent copy for sale at a good price. Maybe one sold for 35 bucks, but what was the condition, and the shipping? Your looking at 40 bucks for a VG condition record, not a great deal

Those are fine points. I just paid 15 bucks for a NM copy of the Triple X record which I would think is more rare than Ritual. I'm just really hoping they put a the rhino pressing on it's own, because unlike all the other shitty reissues sourced from digital files they put out now, Ritual was digital so it's not really worth the extra dough for a first pressing.

I saw an OG copy at a fair a few weeks ago. It was priced 80 €.
I thought that was ridiculous

I'm also interested. Years and years ago I had a friend who interned at RESearch Magazine. He'd receive faxes from William Burrroughs, and just lose it. Do you have a book deal, or are you writing it first, and then shopping it around?

This box set doesn't have Slow Divers, Jane Says or Three Days but they had to put that shitty song So What on... what the fuck! That version of Jane Say's is like the only thing they are even known

Just seeing this reply. I have a deal. It's mass market, so should show up in stores by the end of the year, or the beginning of 2018.
