My picks:

Kraftwerk
MC5
Roxy Music
The Zombies
The Cure
I like these, but there is no requisite urban or cheese stadium rock massive appeal "Journey" slot.

I'll predict:

Def Leppard
Janet Jackson
The Cure
Stevie Nicks
Mc5 (outsider chance...Todd Rundgren)
Ok, Radiohead, Janet Jackson, Stevie Nicks :flip: , Def Leppard, and The Cure are in. I was damn close again....they are predictable
It’s fun to hate on radiohead but also ridiculous to question their brilliance. you don’t have to like them of course. You can also hate jazz or classical music or punk rock too. Anyway, The hall of fame is a fucking joke but if there were a legitimate standard for a hall of fame (the way baseball always followed one, until last week when they ruined it forever with Harold Baines and Lee Smith voted by a 14 member panel), Radiohead would hit by any measure.
But my opinion, is the same as anyone’s opinion. Opinions are like assholes. Everyone has one.
Roxy Music is a great choice. The Cure is deserving. Devo not being in is ridiculous. HOF hates post punk brilliance. (RIP Pete Shelley.) Stevie Nicks? Seriously? Not even nearly the best singer in Fleetwood Mac. Janet Jackson is pretty ridiculous. Lots of ticket sales and one big time album that she didn’t write or play any instruments. Jesus. Jermaine next? Def Leppard seem like shite but what do i know? Rundgren is a genius.
If Radiohead, Cure and Roxy all show up, I’m going (for free).
 I was hating on Stevie

It's back....

https://www.rockhall.com/rock-roll-hall ... -induction

Def Leppard :jasper: :jasper: :jasper:
Devo
Janet Jackson
John Prine
Kraftwerk
LLCJ
Mc5
Radiohead
RATM
Roxy Music
Rufus feat Chaka Khan
Stevie Nicks :jasper:
The Cure
The Zombies
Todd Rungren

Some interesting music there. I'll have my picks in a few
I skimmed the RATM machine back catalogue a couple of days ago and asked myself: Wtf are they nominated for the HOF? They have ONE really good album. Evil empire sucks for the most part, same with Battle of LA.

Yes, but that album is really, really good.

I've heard very good things about Evil Empire too!

I like Evil Empire and Battle of LA better than S/T. I've never understood people that feel differently. Zach matured significantly as a songwriter as they progressed.

I remember going to see Filter in 1999, and before the band went onstage, they literally had Battle of Los Angeles play start to finish on the PA during the changeover between bands.

It sounded incredible and every song was just so fucking killer.
