It's something to entertain tourists from all around the world while they're on vacation. Ed Jones is the other dude involved he's a pretty big deal in the visual effects industry. The plot of the movie probably won't matter its just an avenue to show off all this so called unique revolutionary technology for a theme park walk. Good location, right in the center of the strip. Perry might make a fortune on this thing.

For my 40th b-day, I went to Vegas and did one of those Grand Canyon tours in a small plane, 6-8 passengers. Even though it was VERY turbulent on the way out, was totally worth it. I seriously thought I was going to die.
