The fate of Jane's debut album

#1 Post by Tyler Durden » Fri Jul 31, 2020 12:40 pm

Obviously, the Triple X debut is out of print in all physical formats...and the label is now defunct. However, you can buy the album from iTunes and stream it via Spotify.

So who owns the rights to this album now? It makes you wonder why this Perry box set is coming out on Capitol while it includes the Psi Com EP. While I would never want to see Jane's debut included, I do wish this album was issued on vinyl or something. What gives? :noclue:

You don't make as much money when the song royalties aren't all yours?

While the various original vinyl releases of XXX are pricey, the cd is easy to find used at dirt cheap prices ... unless you're stuck with Amazon.
