I swear to god,if I was out walking my dog in a park and I came upon this fellow sitting out on a lawn yapping to himself(as in the video below)I would swear to myself that he either just had a stroke or that he had just escaped from an insane asylum,and I would either call 9-1-1 for help or just give the poor chap some money to go get himself some food to eat.
