I've been there for various different events including small pro wrestling shows and it was always different configurations based on the event, but I consider it a small place. And Terminal 5 is a 3,000 person capacity venue as well, essentially the same size but Hammerstein is a bigger building outwardly....All I know is I missed P4P in the 90's and I am excited to possibly meet up with Pete again no matter where they play

But I will pat myself on the back for the first time in a long time as the guy who got a friend at mtv to snag the pro shot video and audio of the mtv Halloween janes 97 show, and then put it out there to you freaks and …. Also if you were on the floor house right we were the ones in the floor level opera box throwing candy and other refreshments to the crowd. I had great Hammerstein and mtv network hookups in those days.

Remember when Satellite Party ended up playing really small ballrooms/bars. That's probably the P4P route if they are actually doing a tour.

The second time I saw Satellite Party was sad, it was without Nuno at Irving Plaza. First and only non sellout of a Perry performance I’ve been to and it wasn’t good.

The only non-sellout? I can think of many. JA Jubilee tour was packed at MSG but totally empty at Brendan Byrne a few days later (or before - can’t recall). That was the most embarrassing.

Jubilee was oddly booked. I saw it in Chicago at a hockey sized arena and there were quite a few empty seats. Although, coming a month after 9/11 it felt like people were a little wary of large gatherings.

I’m sure if there is indeed a tour it will hit primarily large markets and book the mid size level clubs. 750 max. type places.

Very true about jubilee being oddly booked. And even tho the New Jersey show was a stiff, the MSG show was packed with New Yorkers very raw from 9/11 and Perry called us tough or something. Quite an emotional night.
