I can only speak to the first minute. That’s how long I lasted. Whomever programmed the track seemed to do a decent job. Then she started ‘singing’. Sounded a little like Gibby on ‘Pepper’ at first except i should get a five minute major for comparing her to the buttholes. Just the style. Then she started talk-singing that she wants to be the singer. Then she sang that she wants to sing. Then i turned it off.

Not an Etty hater. Don’t care about her one way or the other. Have always ignored her on stage. Shame she seems to sing a lot in the new P4P because I’m pretty psyched for that show. But the commentary here about her apparent values and lifestyle seems accurate. Just another hollywood vampire. But whatever perry has turned into, good and bad, he did himself. She’s his partner and they parent together. Whatever. With that said, her song sucks.

I guess the one virtue of that song is that the lyrics seem true. She wants to sing. Except she's talk-singing that verse in an unremarkable, boring voice (her voice).

The generic Perry Farrell banshee wail thing in the background sometimes is the best part of the track, but it seems totally out of place.

The electronic elements are dated and uninteresting.
