Seriously I think Pete could give Perry an entire double album worth of new ideas and he'd either flake on it or write some really corny unrelatable lyrics to it...once homie started talking about dongles we all knew the good times were done...just tour on the old stuff do a few little covers, new mixes and or rarer songs like Cook the Rice or something and be done with it...I have NO interest in anything new from PERRY...that being said the BAND itself would probably do something amazing...Mr Farrell is the weak link...

I assume everything's on hold till/if Dave decides to return..? It must be so frustrating for the other 3, especially if they're as excited about the new material as they seem to be. Still.. huge props to them for holding out for their man!

Tell me the odds aren't better for that scenario than us actually getting new music from either band. I dare you.

I've always found Cursed Male and Packin' 25 to have corny lyrics but it works because of who Perry is/was.

I saw Soundgarden in KC on May 16, 2017. It was a really good outdoor show at Starlight in KC. Cornell reminisced about his grandfather working in the Rolls Royce factory in KC long ago. I am glad I spent my time that night there as opposed to my house/somewhere else.

If I remember well, they started to talk about recording new P4P music, then Eric went back in Jane's, then P4P stopped being a top priority.

And they've lost what they already had, as Pete explained, so we shoulf feel lucky if we get some new songs from one of the bands.

From both is probably to much expectations.
