the first monthly payment was taken today for my purchase of "Night Time" In Stephens "Art Of Drums" collection. It's the craziest thing Ive done yet but it was worth it!

I also just found the 45 Mountain Song single stapled to the wall of a local cd store for $3 but the idiots put their (kind of large) price tag sticker right on the Album sleeve.

$500   It's exciting but has made me a little uneasy as well. I will have it paid off in Feb and will have it in my possession, that will be awesome! but until then I feel like a crack head that woke up and realized I spent all of my money

$500 is not bad for a piece of art you like. you'll always have it, and it will be part of your JA collection.
who knows it may even appreciate in value.

I'm calling Janes and Shep Fairy to let them know you infringed their copyrights.

I'm listening to this right now, it's generally really good.

You can tell that there are different piano players on different songs. Some make better choices than others about the arrangement and (i.e. whether they stick to the rhythm guitar parts or the vocal melody, blending them seems to work better).

The version of Irresistible Force is extremely good. It's a really dynamic arrangement and sounds nicely melancholy. Classic Girl is also very pretty.

Ripple makes no sense. That's not a Jane's Addiction song... or are they just using the same arrangement as JA did... but with piano...

I don't know the specifics of Perkins', but that technology (capturing light movement to create art) has been around for quite a while :noclue:

Anyways, I hope one day your investment pays off, either in satisfaction or in receiving more money for it :thumb:

And thanks to whomever uploaded the piano tribute, I'll give it a listen later.

thanks for the piano upload. Some of them are pretty good, I think Classic girl is the one that lends itself best to this kind of treatment, very nice playing on that one.

That's crazy for the GGU vinyl. I also saw this past week that someone has the skateboard deck up for 500$ starting bid. What's going on?
