fucking unbelievable..
Holy fuck, that shit's still going??
Annoying me today: I was in a teleconference with the other 2 managers of a group of translators, and due to the high volumes we're receiving I started suggesting new translators to add to the team and asked the others for their feedback. One of those managers went ape shit and told me how she wanted to be a part of the selection process too, that she didn't want to be left out and that she's been in the business for 15 years and knows more good translators than I do. I told her that I was actually ASKING for her input and feedback on my suggestions and that at no point I suggested in any way that I was appointing myself as the official recruiter or anything. She kept on babbling and, of course, we had to stop the teleconference. We might talk again later tonight or tomorrow. But jeez...
Egos are fucked up. was that person an IBM employee?
Nah, she's a freelance translator that has been working with this team for a couple of years.
The thing is that I used to manage this team along with the 'real' leader, the founder of the team. 2 years ago I took a 6-month break from this group and she arrived and took my place. I came back as a regular translator, helping out with management whenever it was needed. Now, since she's collapsing due to the amount of work, they asked me to join the management team. So, I'm pretty sure she feels threatened (the founder loves my management skills and solutions and is pretty vocal about it.) There were problems pending from over 6 months and I solved them all in three days. But it's not like she could get fired or anything, I'm only using like 20% of my time in this management thing, while she spends roughly 80%-90% of her working day managing projects. I don't want her job.

No, my feet are fine. I wear sandals and other open shoes.
I don't mind flip flops for around the house or on the beach. I just don't like when people where them as actual footwear on the street.
I won't talk about my flip flop aversion anymore.

Not 100% sure of what "knobbly" means, but yes. Of course, bad-smelling feet suck, but sucking on some toes while having sex in positions such as the 1st on the 3rd row of the following image, is a huge turn on (when she likes it, obviously.)

In the first example you pointed out, I missed the 'u' because I was trying to type quickly. I never learned how to type properly. It's a good thing I have a job that involves numbers!
No excuse for the second example you pointed out.

Knobbly isn't a real word, but it kinda means "with large "knobs" " so think overly big "knuckles" on the toes.. and finger-toes are long finger-like toes.. couple the two and you get gross Alien-face-hugger like monstrosities..
ew...

Well, I have long toes myself... well, to be more specific, my second toe is longer than my big toe. And I like trying to use them as fingers whenever possible. Not during sex, necessarily.
