So here's the unwrapped stuff from my SS from across the pond..

A sweet haul of rock n roll and Star Wars goodies plus a book all about Birmingham (though I must admit the book's empty, so I guess not a lot happens in the old 'Ham? so I guess I'll use that to make notes in?)

It's gonna take me a long time to unravel this r'n'r spaghetti!

I really love all of it! I really appreciate all the thought that went into my SS gift! Thanks a lot Bandit72, excellent stuff..

EDIT:
OOOOOPPPPSS!!!: I'd put all the SS gifts in a box in my study and missed one gift when opening them on Xmas morning!! So I had one extra to unwrap today...... :yikes:

Excellent! Can't wait to throw that on a ham and cheese sambo!

Glad you like them! Yeh, the notebook is just for you to use as you see fit. The owl charity was set up to help the fantastic children's hospital here. The 'Jack' one is the cover of the notepad. All these huge owls were placed around the city and there was a map where you could go and tick them all off.

Ozzy's one is here

I really wanted to open the tea towel and read all the bands and names myself! (...may have to get one)

Yeh man, all super cool. When I saw the wrapped tube I was hoping you didn't pack me a tube of Vegemite... I hate that shit. Hahahah. Luckily it was a sweet tube of mustardo!

Artemis and Pure Method, I cannot thank you enough! I just opened the package that came here from both of you, it was put aside with some other packages and I thought it was part of a set that wasn't supposed to be opened yet. So imagine my surprise when I opened it up thinking that it was something that I had ordered for someone else and it was actually beautiful gifts from the two of you! That totally made my day and I have to admit, I teared up.

For those that don't know, I had signed up for secret Santa but soon after my son was in a very bad accident so I had to drop out and I had asked Artemis to take me out. She and Pure Method secretly sent me a beautiful package of sweets and gorgeous hand dyed yarn (which will be put to good use!).

Who says we are assholes on ANR?

Thank you both from the bottom of my heart, that was a true surprise and very sweet. :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:

Just got back from our holidays and there is a card from the post saying that they tried to deliver something. I'll try to get them to deliver it again soon. If it's not my SS, I'll be livid.

Thank you Thoreau! Your gifts are awesome! I'm wearing my new Beatles shirt while drinking your favorite coffee in my new Black Flag coffee mug! Nice choice on the DVD, I used to have the first Blacula on VHS but that is long gone. You know me better than most relatives in terms of gift giving!
