That's awesome. I gotta check out a Cyclone's game one of these days. My oldest son is almost 3 so he's into the Ducks and their mascot Quackerjack so that's where I end up.

i agree the cyclones have the funniest promos. i go atleast once a year; last year i went to star wars night and got a picture with storm troopers and yoda

i also love how they do the fireworks show in the middle of the game when the games run late. the batters always strike out because its so distracting. good stuff.

That was quite month of May they had..

Total power surge on offense. Edwin Encarnacion with 16 homers, one short of Barry Bonds inflated record...

I know a lot of useless baseball trivia, but I don't know if a pitcher has no hit the same team in back to back seasons

It's what I love about baseball, that during any game you just might see something that's never happened before and likely won't ever happen again. During the entire history of the game, no pitcher has ever no hit the same team in back to back seasons.

Kershaw is going to win his 3rd Cy Young this season but I really think he deserves some MVP love. Dude is on a tear I have not seen pitching this nasty since Pedro in the late 90's early 00's.

I would post more about baseball but it would be the same every year. It would be more of a rant on the Mets stockpiling young pitchers and not trading a single one for a bat which would be fine if they spent money which they don't. The big offseason pickup was Curtis Granderson, a dude whose Yankee numbers look like steroid numbers compared his Tigers and Mets years because he's a lefty strike out or homerun over the shitty little Yankee right field wall player and the Yankees didn't even want him back. Great pickup to play in a pitchers park. Another wasted year. Maybe next year with Harvey will be different but I doubt it, it'll just be more 1-0 and 2-1 losses.

That's my end of season Mets rant.

If these scores hold up the Dodgers magic number is 9! 12 games left with a 4 game lead in the division

I stop talking about the Mets after April. And now Jeffy boy is in the news for being a disgusting pig (no shocker there)

The highlight is Jacob deGrom

actually i feel bad for the a's. luckily kc and seattle have been sucking lately too. for the a's sake i hope kc makes it and not seattle if oakland does make the wild card. a one game playoff against krod would not be a good thing.
