A friend turned me on to this app, Untappd:
https://untappd.com
Perhaps people in this thread would be interested. You can make it as social as any other network you use, I suppose, but you can also use it to simply keep track of your imbibing of brews.

My wife's been using this app and has enjoyed it. I think she's up to 208 specific beers now.

I'm not a rum aficionado, but have to say, I have never tried a better rum than the Diplomaico from Venezuela. I usually have rum and coke or nog or some sort of mix, never neat.
I highly recommend this rum.
" This is the Venezuelan distillery’s flagship rum, called “exclusiva” as a tribute to their 18th century founder Don Juancho Nieto Meléndez, who was always in search of exclusive flavors for his rums. It’s a blend of 12 year old copper pot-still rums made from both molasses and sugarcane honey, aged in ex-bourbon barrels."
TASTING NOTES
"If someone says to you “I want a rum that really tastes like something,” this would be one of the ones to present. It’s bold, dark, fruity and full bodied. Sugary honey and butterscotch are accented with sage and thyme notes and a hint of citrus peel. Both sweet and hot spices give it a pleasing warmth that never ignites into a full burn, just creates a nice tingle. Simply one of the best bang for buck sipping rums available."

My royal wedding beverage I'm going to drink at 06:00(EST) is going to be Chambord and Prosecco. Just trying a little Chambord on its own...yum!

Worst drink ever! I've had about a quarter of a can and can't drink the rest! Yuck! I'm glad I only bought one can.

This beverage is all the rage here now. T he cashier at the liquor store told me that they can barely keep it in stock. Maybe other flavours are better than the mango??

I'm watching my sugars/carbs, so I've been really enjoying my rum and strawberry crystal light strawberry daiquiris. Throw it in the blender with a few cups of ice and water. Delicious.

I got a bottle of this when I was in Cuba. It is sooooooo good straight. And I am not a drinker, at all. Just your couple beers a week, maybe. And a martini or gin and tonic on the holidays.
