Wow, 874 users?! I never knew ANR.com had been so popular.

And so many names I hadn't seen in years... who's bishop? is he around? I had totally forgotten about that name.

January was the girl one time I talked on the phone to. I think it's the only time in my life when I called someone even though I didn't really want to talk to her nor she really wanted to talk to me.

january was pretty cool too. young girl that was really smart with a fucked up childhood. last i heard she moved to portland. she is probably married with kids now. :noclue:

Bishop was on 1%. His username was DJ something or other. I don't recall it exactly. I met him in Vegas at the Rain '02 show.

I think he left because he was a right winger that got tired of arguing his lame political positions.

Well that just blew my mind. I'm afraid to dig around too much. I have little interest in what my 24 year old self had to say about much of anything.

R.I.P.

a friend's 25 year old son killed himself a week or two ago. someone accepting an Oscar a few hours after wife and I got back from the funeral said something like 'people have to talk out loud about suicide'. it's true.

Never really met him, but remember seeing him in line at La Cita and it was like a Jane's community celeb sighting for me. (I'm the guy in the black shirt with green circle in the clip Panda posted. Man, that was a great show.)

:agree: Yeah, no doubt. Weird thread to bump after 3 years just to talk shit, though. But that's how Miggy would have wanted it, I suppose.
