Grasshoppers...now I know I can live on them if there isn't any meat left to eat on Earth.

Today I ratted out three little shitheads at the mall.

I was at a mall this afternoon with multi-levels and heard someone call out "Hey byotch!" Of course I didn't think it was directed at me until I felt a big splash of something pn my head. It was too much liquid for spit, likely it was pop or water. Anyway, I looked up and saw three young guys about 13 or 14, laughing their heads off then running. I lost sight of them but managed to spot them again after a few minutes. I was in luck, saw a security guard close by and pointed them out to him. He alerted another guard and they caught them in the act! I didn't stick around to see what happened to them probably just got kicked out.

My 11 year old niece got praised by her English teacher. Here's what he said about her:
Subject: Daphne’s essay

I just have to let you know what an outstanding essay Daphne wrote with her futuristic spring break travels around the world. I read it to the class and I could tell by their silence they were enthralled. I wanted them to see what a classmate could do and what they might be capable of also.
The concept and structure was so original and out of the box. Exactly what I have been preaching to the kids all year. And the research she obviously did was commendable. I was partial to her visit Down Under.
In my 17 years teaching I don’t think I have had such a wonderful essay. You have a very talented writer in the family.

If you care to read her essay, here's the link where you can download it from: http://www.dropbox.com/s/joyytc4dxpfeod ... 6.pdf?dl=0
I haven't asked her, but I think she mentions Teotihuacan to give a shout out to me. Maybe I'm imagining it, but she knows how much I love it. Hope to take her there one day

Neither annoyed me, nor made my day but at the tail end of a ride I stopped in at Bartel's Harley to price a part (I would never do any business with these charlatans) and saw their celeb photo wall. Apparently DN is still riding. The other is a Bartel kid who now runs the joint.

It is terrible. They have never gotten my address right on their first delivery attempt.
Amazon installed delivery lockers in Whole Foods stores; they will send you a text with a retrieval code once your package is delivered. There is a store down the street from where I live, and I just picked up a package. It is so easy and convenient.
