They were delicious indeed  . Preparing beer can chicken is pretty easy , very recommended when you're having some friends over

Nice!!! Looks like both turned out amazing. The fun thing about grilling/smoking is figuring out what works and making it perfect and both of those birds look pretty perfect

Thanks! Means a lot coming from such a bbq and grill specialist :aoa:

Best tip I read was not using an actual beercan, but something stronger (I used a can for tomatoes)

Beer can is not strong enough and falls easily, the stronger can makes the chicken stay in place .

Anyway, like I said before, it's pretty easy to make and doesn't take a lot of time. It easily impresses people  and it tastes goooooood.

I like it when it's smoked a little bit, too much is too much

Nice...I like the panel on the dishwasher that matches the cabinets. European kitchen designs are way better than here. Wall ovens are really expensive (around 2-3 thousand for a decent one. The standard here is the 30 inch freestanding range. I think they are ugly.

I have this oven (not exactly this one, a cheaper lower-end version):

It's not great, but I wanted a double wall-oven and this was just the only thing close to that that I could afford. I really like having the smaller top oven -- use that for almost everything.

I hate glass-top electric ranges. I wish I had gas elements.

I agree with you indoors having the smaller cook top can actually be pretty useful and honestly it taught me to use less dishes etc. I much prefer counter space over a bigger range.

I meant the smaller top oven (almost like a toaster oven, but with full sized elements), but agreed about the range too.
