There are plugins for your browser of choice that do this. Just enable it, go to youtube. Convert. Then disable/uninstall.

If you're really concerned and must do it, download Audacity and record the YT video while it's playing, then export to mp3.

Thanks, perk! Some good info there. I found out that Canada-wide distribution of the current vaccine started in mid September and should be available by the end of this month. I was thinking to go for the vaccine in the first week of November.

Dunno if you have any respiratory illnesses (I have asthma), I read that if you are a smoker or have a respiratory illness, you should get a pneumococcal vaccine shot too. I didn't get one last year, but hope to get it this year.

Oh man, that sucks, mockbee! Seems like a you were set up or she's not the sharpest knife in the drawer. Seriously, if a guy sent me 15 love songs, I would for sure think he was interested. Wow, what a jerk going right to HR!


Today, I was annoyed by the email I received from the building property manager, informing me that there will be a cockroach spraying on my floor on Friday. I've never seen any, but a couple of people have reported seeing them in their units. I'm happy that prompt action is being taken. but annoyed with the short notice. To prepare for the treatment, I have to remove everything from the kitchen cupboards and drawers, under the sink, etc. Plus, bathroom shelves and all closets and cupboards, furniture has to be moved at least 2 feet from the wall.

I think she is just dumb. I got the impression she really, really liked me, and then she got scared.
I kind of knew that she was dumb, but man could she ride a bicycle like a badass and had fucking brilliant humor......

At least my feelings are so over regarding that shit..........

Even if she got scared, why go to HR? I'm assuming you didn't do or say anything appropriate to her; she could have said dating a co-worker isn't a good idea and left it at that.

Well jury duty sucks.....

Yeah, I wouldn't trust a jury of my peers to make an unbiased/informed decision to save my life....

...but I would entrust a privately contracted or government run system without "public" oversight even less.

Mental note for myself, never get in trouble with the law. Also, people are depending us to be good citizens....a lot of people, both victims and accused, are in trouble and need our help.

That's the one good thing convicted felons have going for them, they don't have to serve on jury duty.
