Well, Max Strus ended our season. Didn't see that storyline.

The injuries across teams in Round 1 have been pretty wild so far.

When this series between Golden State and Sacramento started it slipped my mind a little bit that Mike Brown had just been The Warriors previous assistant coach. This guy knows the warriors gameplan like the back of his hand.

Artemis, the new era begins. Have anyone on your shortlist for coach? Seeing that Udoka might be front runner already.

It's satisfying watching Memphis lose because before the playoffs even started Ja Morant was talking about how the only team on his radar that was getting in their way of winning a title was the celtics. They are missing a couple key players though mainly Steven Adams.

thank fuck...went and saw the la kings blow a 3-0 lead last night...didn't need back to back heartbreak...these two series at the same time is the best of times and the worst of times for me...I'm exhausted and it's just the first round!

If Jimmy didn't scare the fuck out of me so much, I'd have a true crush on him. I am not surprised at all with that series. Cavs/NY series I am. Mixed feelings on the Laker/Grizz series. As much as I take pleasure in anything negative for the fakes and LeBron, I still have hope to see them in the finals. Time to break the Hawks once and for all tonight. Meanwhile, Philly is resting.

I’m praying to the basketball gods that Embiid is good to go next round (sounds like he will be) but you never know with swelling in the knee. He’s due to go off
We really chose Simmons over Butler

For years Joel never bothered me. Thought he was a straight up clown until he grew straight the fuck up. Now, he's the real deal...temperament to match talent. Going into the playoffs he scared me more than Milwaukee. His late season surgery on us was no accident.

Bucks- wow. Still playing in drop coverage on Butler was something else. Hard to believe this team has won a title.
I can see the Heat getting to ECF but hard to see them winning against celts/sixers. I like our chances!

Butler is such a force and an admirable success story. Giannis is the epitome of eloquence and elegance in sport.

What a surprise with the Bucks! I did not expect that they would exit after the first round. We need a Jummiy Butler type of player on the Raptors next season.
The east is shaping up to be interesting this year. Wasn't expecting the Knicks to go beyond the first round either.
So, Philly, Knicks and Miami advance so far.
C'mon Cs get it done tonight!

I was surprised by NN's firing. I thought they'd give him one more season. I guess the all 6'9 and taller player experiment didn't work this year.
We now know that the Ime Udoka rumour is false since he signed with Houston.
I honestly don't know who is available for coaching or who would be good for the Raptors. I'm not averse to Adrian Griffin giving it a go.
