Salivating. I think the "the ring or failure" thinking is ridiculous.....it's dismissive of 2nd place team (and others) as well as the champ team. To beat the opponent in a rich meritocracy, which the NBA is, is an awesome thing. But should the C's get to the dubs in the series, a win would reverse gravitational pulls, etc. GS is the best team (whether or not Boogie works out) I have ever seen and inarguably a top 5 in history (likely top 4). I really want this matchup, I think the dubs will be there. But, whomever does from the west will be bloodied, beaten, and in need of rest. Of course, injuries still have me gun shy with the Celtics too. Friday they play preseason....

Yeah, some mean more to me than others, fo sho
Get the fuck over it...Rondo I get to an extent....I'd hate to have had coop, but Lonzo is so fuckin bad it's a good thing. Having LeBron is fucking amazing. No one hates him as much as I, but the man's a god and even better off the court. Thes stars aligning for Davis in LA have me more than a bit concerned

I remember that.Six7Six7 wrote:'member when Karl Malone went ring hunting to the Lakers late in his career and ended up hurting his knee?
I also remember that Karl impregnated a 13 year old when he was 20 and then refused to have anything to do with the kid after she gave birth.

Re: NBA
In anticipation of this season, I have a fantasy league on ESPN that I've had 4 people drop out of unexpectedly.
We were making it a small $10.00 buy-in (with end of season winnings going to champion, runner-up, and highest score), we may have to drop that if people interested do not want to participate in the funds portion.
That being said, would any fellow NBA fanatic ANR members be interested?

Notice the part where I said we were also talking about dropping that aspect since we'd have new people coming in....clickie wrote:Fuck off. No one is giving you a penny.

1. Again, I am not remotely trying to shill anyone out of money here and wouldn't have made the comment about discontinuing that part if I was.clickie wrote:You should notice this website is about to be shut down because lack of funding.
2. I am very well aware of Creep's comments about the monthly dues of the site. I also have happily donated to the funds before and would happily do so again.
