Re: NBA
Yes, seems to be a good fit for him.
I'm looking forward to the game on Friday when the Spurs come to town;DD's first game back since he was traded. I hope the Raptors organization does a good tribute for him. I know the fans will give him the longest and loudest standing ovation ever experienced in that arena. DD will feel the love for sure!
Re: NBA
Good, he deserves it of all players. I was in Boston when Rondo came back with the Mavs and they received him really well and the video montage were all acts of magic and wizardry on his part as a C champ.Artemis wrote: ↑Mon Feb 18, 2019 10:31 amYes, seems to be a good fit for him.

Pop gets the best out of the team both on and off the court, he doesn't want them to just be good NBA players but good people as well. DD was lucky to land with that organization. I'm pretty biased but even when the Lakers and Spurs were playing in the playoffs etc I've never felt animosity. (Hell I do not hate the Cs either just when they meet in the finals)
Re: NBA
Good game last night.
I have to admit, I was a little teary watching this. I would have loved to have been there to experience it.
Exciting finish to an emotional night.
Jeremy Lin was good last night. I'm happy we got him.

Re: NBA
Went to the Raptors vs Celtics game tonight...
The view from my seat.
I'm happy my team won but am wondering what is going on with Boston?? The game was almost boring to me because the Celtics just weren't in it and it came across like they didn't want to play. There's not many regular season games left, hope Brad Stevens cam figure it out. Has Kyrie Irving poisoned the environment a bit??

Re: NBA
You guys looked like us last year....impenetrable d and off the charts o....great spacing, passing, switches, picks, coaching.....fucking love playing. We are a total dumpster fire.....so much to blame; it started with Gordon and Brad's allegiance there and has festered to total chaos and destruction.
Re: NBA
You guys should have traded Kyrie when you could. I think that guy is all about himself. Seems like a bad locker room guy. Also, again, a flatearther... I think he walks after this season.SR wrote: ↑Thu Feb 28, 2019 10:44 amYou guys looked like us last year....impenetrable d and off the charts o....great spacing, passing, switches, picks, coaching.....fucking love playing. Re: NBA
This is crazy. One of our new bench dudes Enes-kKnter can't play tomorrow in Toronto, because of risk of arrest from an international warrant in Canada from the Turkish government. All from criticism of the Turkish government. Damn.....

Re: NBA
No dewd. I know this is a game. I love to talk shit and have it come at me, but you take it sooo seriously. Now go root for a kid on the C's to have a catastrophic injury.
Re: NBA
We'll see. I think he thought a banner was imminent as constructed. Even more so after seeing what they did without him last year. He very well may; I think it will depend on how deep they can go post season....early bounce; he bouncesguysmiley wrote: ↑Thu Feb 28, 2019 6:01 pmYou guys should have traded Kyrie when you could. Re: NBA
I'm sure the article mentioned his dad is in jail in Turkey. Enes couldn't go to London for the game not too long ago either. He feared for his safety there...full team support from NYguysmiley wrote: ↑Thu Feb 28, 2019 10:09 pmThis is crazy. Re: NBA
I swear you're turning into trump lol
I laughed at the Celtic fans karma when you had a season inury after all the shit the Celtic fans talked when randle went down at the beginning of his rookie year...you know this...but keep going with your "build the wall"...I mean "kv wants kids hurt"
How many more seasons until you bail on the C's like you did the pats? Sure taking that seriously...my millionaire owner likes trump I quit being a fan lololol

The situation with Enes Kanter is awful. I think he's wise not to risk international travel without a passport or visa. If he did travel, I don't know if Canada would be obligated to turn him over to Interpol.
Re: NBA
That style of headband seems to be trendy now. I've noticed a few other players wearing them- a couple guys on the Kings and "the Fro" wears one from the Nets. James Hardon should wear one on his beard to contain it; I can't stand it!
