1. Again, I am not remotely trying to shill anyone out of money here and wouldn't have made the comment about discontinuing that part if I was.

2. I am very well aware of Creep's comments about the monthly dues of the site. I also have happily donated to the funds before and would happily do so again.

Okay people - get back in your respective corners and chill. I realize everyone is a little on edge, but today's President Alert was only a test. :drink:

I don't know the full history on this dude, but this interview with him "being honest" is unprofessional, imo. While everything he says may be true, I think it looks bad for him and will create tension with his current team(if he's still there). For all the crap the media said about Kawhi Leonard staying quiet while he was going through all the stuff with the Spurs, I think he definitely took the high road by keeping it zipped.

I am so exicted for this season. Some new players, a new coach...

Opening night roster against Cleveland on the 17th.

PG: Lowry-VanVleet-Brown-Loyd (2-way)
SG: Green-Wright-Richardson
SF: Kawhi-Miles-Powell
PF: OG-Pascal
C: JV-Serge-Monroe-Boucher (2-way)

I entered a contest to win tickets for the opening night. There's still some tickets left for about $70, I might go for. Or, maybe go down to Jurassic Spark (thx for that one Six7) for the tailgate party. The haze of all the marijuana smoke might make it diffivult to view the giant screen.

I'm sure there are a few stoner fans. My comment had to do with the fact that the opening game is the same day that weed becomes legal in Canada.

18 point win with a couple of really off nights from Kyrie and Gordon. So much depth and Tatum is getting better from a point of greatness and he's confident

I didn't win tickets to the game tonight and I'm not going to go to watch outside either. It's REALLY windy and a little on the cool side, only 5C right now.

Looking forward to watching tonight in the ocmfort and warmth of my home. I have some wine and a couple of doobies ready to spark up.

Good game last night, SR. Your boys look good. :thumb:

It's a road game....home opener is about 300 bucks a ticket for nose bleeds....so no

I'm actually going to the LA Kings game...so I will be at Staples center tonight...watching lakers when I get home tape delayed....tickets were stupid cheap...like under 50 bucks for both tickets...couldn't figure out why it was so cheap when I grapped them a week ago.....it's the Islanders who suck but why so cheap?.......LeBron's first game duh...oh well I'd still have grabbed them if I knew

Did also buy some tickets to see Toronto Maple Leafs only game in LA this year though Art

Tonight kicks it all off but we always seem to play like shit in Portland so I'm not expecting too much especially with Paul Allen passing away

I stopped watching in the 4th, but the disparity in play between Rondo and Ball was obvious. Ball's +/- must have been horrible. Ingram looks better than last year in g1 and more confident.

Loved the Magic interview where he said he could see Boston beating the dubs in 7....thinks Tatum will be an all-star this year too, the painful admission Ainge rules, and Brad is the 2nd best coach in the league. :bored: (He's 1st)

Until Pop retires he is still the best coach in the NBA in my opinion:

Pop
Brad
Carlisle

Are the top 3.

Lonzo's shot looked a lot better and more fluid. But he did look stiff which is to be expected but I do not think Lonzo understands with Rondo and LBJ and to a lesser extent Ingram out there he has to figure out how to play without the ball. Ingram is starting to fill out and like I said just give him time he is only 20.

As for Tatum in 2 years he will be the C's best player no matter who else is on the roster unless it was Anthony Davis.
