I have to admit I almost started crying when Joel Embiid was crying and Marc Gasol comforted him. :pat:
The game could have gone either way last night, both teams were equally matched.

Next round against the Bucks will be tough for sure...can't wait!

The photo of the night.

As much as I respect MG's gesture, I don't recall him ever being on the opposite side of Embrat's childish/spoiled/entitled trolling. He actually reminds me of a great deal of kids I grew up.

Holy hater....you know the guy didn't grow up here and African culture is very different right?

:hs:

I just see a mouthy young Dikembe Mutombo in Embid :noclue: did you hate him too? (You prob did)

I dislike the way Joel Embiid comes across:arrogant, diva-ish, obnoxious. He's still young and immature;however, the way he presents himself right now is unprofessional, imo. I know he's from Cameroon, but beyond that, I don't know much about how he was raised or what is considered to be acceptable behavior for a professional athlete over there. :noclue:

Looking forward to tonight's Blazers vs Warriors game.

Raptors had it until they didn't.

I'm hoping they win the series

I thought the Raptors were going to win until that last 10 minutes or so and Brook Lopez happened!

On to game 2!

I'm hoping Golden State wins it all without Durant so he's reminded he wasn't a necessity but a luxury. Go to New York as the media darling, you weren't needed.
I always felt KD was kind of a fraud. When the playoffs were on his shoulders with okc he'd brick big shot after big shot. It's easy to get 40 in the playoffs casually
with no pressure on a super stacked team that will win anyway if you play or not.

I'm rooting for Toronto too so we'll see what happens if it comes to that.
