Not receiving notifications

I’m not getting notification emails on topics I’m subscribed to.
They’re not in my Spam, either.
I’ve checked my settings and I should be getting them..
I’ve also tried unchecking boxes, saving my settings, then checking them again and then saving them again. No joy.
Any ideas?
