Embedding YouTube videos

How do we do this now? 
This is how:
1.- Copy the URL of the video. For example, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MXgnIP4r ... re=related.
2.- Paste it in the post box.
3.- Remove everything but the video code (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MXgnIP4rMoI&feature=related)
4.- Put it between the youtube BBCode ( [youtubz]MXgnIP4rMoI[/youtubz]) (of course, instead of "youtubz" write "youtube" or simply select your video code and press the youtube button above the post box)
5.- Enjoy your video
