I'll probably go to this. I saw them as a kind of "cross P.i.L. off my bucket list" kind of thing when they reunited in 2010 and thought they were a *lot* better'n I expected. The new song is just ok, but the video has some funny moments:

Really excited about this. I missed them in 2010. But looks like this will be Thanksgiving weekend, might not be in town......

The thing that initially threw me off when I saw them a few years ago was Lyndon's ever present music stand with the lyrics that he'd occasionally thumb through while singing. That and his helper/manager guy standing on the side of the stage who looks a few bricks shy of a load.

Me too. Just got tickets for the Seattle date. I've been a HUGE PiL fan since the mid-80s and haven't seen them since '89 when they toured with Sugarcubes and New Order.

Really looking forward to this.

The PIL show last night was really good! I have to admit, I didn't have very high expectations.
John Lydon sounded WAY better than I thought he would. The band was really good too.

The sound quality of this youtube is not great in parts.

Glad it was a good show!

I bought my wife a $100+ ticket, seems to be the going rate around here, thought that might be a little ambitious.
But I think it will be a good time!

Saw the SF show at the Chapel last night. To summarize, it was fantastic. At first I didn't know what to think, John's voice was excellent and the band was awesome, the sound was great it was packed but just seemed a little paint by numbers. But by three quarters through, the band really got immersed in the show and the crowd followed.

I especially liked the last 4 or 5 songs. I loved Open Up/Shoom. I don't know their latest album at all, but I will definitely be picking it up.

Just awesome show. :thumb:

He probably looks younger because the weight gain has filled out the wrinkles.

I have tickets to the Toronto concert on Oct 19th...I will try to take a pic and post.
