Well one thing is clear. One of them is lying.

Curious who you all believe

Based on what little I've seen today, I think both Ford and Kavanaugh had issues, Ford with *any* provable facts and and Kavanaugh with his easily flustered, hotheaded attitude. Ford certainly came across as a more credible, level headed person. My take from this whole mess is nothing was proven except based on how he handled himself in this circus, I don't think Kavanaugh is SCOTUS material.

I try not to believe anything I don't think I know, or think I have conclusive reasons to believe. But, I think it's likely that Kavanaugh did do *something* like what he's accused of doing. And I think that Ford isn't lying. Do I think Kavanaugh is lying? Maybe. I think he's absolutely using his lawyer powers to say things as carefully as he possibly can, and I think anyone with that ability would do the same. But of course he also has a temper.

I agree with Pandemonium, based on this performance alone, and given what we *can* surmise, dude shouldn't be on the Court.

Just based on the testimonies of each Dr. Ford seemed more believable.

Dr. Ford came across as sincere and humble.

Mr. Snarly acted like an entitled, aggrieved, petulant child. I realized someone can get stressed out when falsely accused of something, but his behavior during yesterday's judiciary hearing was appalling.

This exchange early in the hearing made me laugh:
