I thought that by the half the fans would have simmered down with the booing, especially when the Spurs were dominating and not letting up at all. The "traitor" chant was excessive. So, "boo" to the fans. Anyway, great game for the Spurs and outstanding performance by DeMar. Looking forward to the next matchup in Toronto in February.

you facing off the protesters?
Kawhi handled it all wrong but there is a reason Pop pulled him aside after the game to talk away from reporters etc. He won a finals MVP and a championship and didn't like how they handled his injuries in the past and this last season.

I don't think there's some big mystery about it. I think he was hurt and got pressured into playing while hurt and eventually said fuck you, i'm not gonna jeopardize my career for you so
I'll ride the bench until i'm healthy again.

If we had a chance to re-evaluate our pre-season picks I think what stands out the most to me is how none of us took Milwaukee seriously as a title contender.

The Nets have been doing better than I expected. In the top 8 right now.

We got a new guy today...
I wonder if there's any truth to the rumour that the Raptors might go for Bradley Beal.

This morning I had an appointment close to the Scotia Bank Arena and decided to pop in to the store to see what they have.
I ended up getting this:
My first sports team merch ever!
I have a Maple Leafs mug, but other than that, I've never purchased any clothing like t-shirts or jerseys.

Great win against Boston tonight! I know Boston had a few guys out, but still, Brooklyn is really good!

They're usually a fun team to watch but you get them on a back to back road game so it could be ugly..

Yeah, Brooklyn is tough. That will be a good game to watch too. You never know though, sometimes teams are energized on the back to back. And, the flight from NY to Toronto is only about an hour, so enough time to rest a little and enjoy the cold.
