Wonder if there's any chance the Three Days poem sneaks into that "Photographic Memoirs hardback book".

Why would they ever put something fans actually want in there?intertwoven wrote: ↑Fri Jul 17, 2020 4:47 pmWonder if there's any chance the Three Days poem sneaks into that "Photographic Memoirs hardback book".

To have less than zero expectations of released based on a social media teaser campaign, and still end up disappointed. Bravo. #onlyperry

Odd marketing..."Ho Ka Hey" has been released as a digital single on most music apps (Spotify, iTunes, etc) to promote the box set.

Re: PF / Psi-Com Announcement Tease 17 July 2020
Those "Worktape 1" Psi Com demos that've been bootlegged forever would have been nice to have cleaned up and officially released as sorta-exciting bonus tracks. But no, just the same old 5-track Psi Com album that everybody who could possibly care about already has. Actually digging up rare tracks fans haven't heard is asking too much, I know, but fuck, even dusting off those demos isn't low-enough hanging fruit for Perry and his camp.

I can't imagine there'd be anyone out there who would actually want to buy this.

Cool to see all the old footage. Kinda lame that it doesn't match up with the song very well, but the band didn't play "Ho Ka Hey" at that show, so the editor had to do their best, I suppose.

I do like that song.

Is there more footage from that show?intertwoven wrote: ↑Thu Aug 06, 2020 5:12 pmCool to see all the old footage. Kinda lame that it doesn't match up with the song very well, but the band didn't play "Ho Ka Hey" at that show, so the editor had to do their best, I suppose.

There's about a minute of footage in the recent "Desolation Center" Gila Monster Jamboree documentary plugged in the video. Hopefully more of that live recording gets included as special features on a DVD release or something (I think it's only available streaming at the moment), but who knows. There's an audio recording of that show that's been circulating for a long time, though.Mescal wrote: ↑Thu Aug 06, 2020 11:42 pmIs there more footage from that show?intertwoven wrote: ↑Thu Aug 06, 2020 5:12 pmCool to see all the old footage.
