Perry sounds decent enough but he really should stop bringing Etty to the party. She adds absolutely nothing to this performance (unlike for instance Mariqueen on NIN's cover of Fashion) and as always her "dancing" looks ridiculous.

Mariqueen was a good singer before Trent ever met her.

cheers.
meh. not as bad as I thought it was gonna be. I like Perry's makeup, looks like he's a cadaver all pasty and shit.
It was pretty weird, too bad Etty's head bopping around the 2:29 mark was out of time. lol
Listening is better than watching.

Some shit Etty put together I'm sure. That should fully explain it.

An absolutely unnecesary cover. Watching was definitely worse than listening. Etty making a fool of herself time and time again has become painful. A ‘dancer’ who can’t even bop her head in time with a beat.
That third dancer was very Bowie-esque, something like this:

It's got to be a lipsynched video too right? Like they recorded the song in a studio and then did the 'live' performance right?

I'm not certain, but I think the third dancer looks like the guy who "dances" for Kind Heaven.
Here's one with Dave:

Yeah I saw this. I don't like any of the vocals except Richard Patrick. But I feel like he always tried to sing like Perry.
Wes Borland nailed that solo. The tone was perfect.

The only good thing about that Bowie is that very tasty bassline (seriously)
Who's playing? Is that Chaney?

It was Tony Visconti, using the bass he played on the original version. He's not happy his video bit was cut.
